For accurate measurements, remove your outer clothing and stand with your feet together. The tape measure should be snug and even, but not too tight.

We use high-quality bamboo for the body of the brief because it is naturally breathable and incredibly soft. It is a much more practical choice than synthetic pads, as the fabric wicks moisture away from the skin to prevent irritation and keep you comfortable throughout your daily routine.

- Rinse: After wearing, rinse in cold water until it runs clear to remove excess blood and prevent staining.
- Machine wash: Wash with your delicates at 30°C. Use a delicates wash bag if possible, and a mild detergent without fabric softeners.
- No fabric softener: Avoid fabric softeners as they can damage absorbency and fabric.
- Hang to dry: Line dry completely before wearing to maintain absorbency and comfort. Do not tumble dry or iron.
- Ready to wear: Ensure completely dry before wearing again for maximum absorbency.
