Size Guide

Choosing the correct size for your Sahara period underwear is key to ensuring comfort and maximum effectiveness. Rather than simply selecting your usual size and hoping it fits correctly, we recommend taking hip and waist measurements. Follow the instructions provided below and check your measurements with our size guide.

For accurate measurements, remove your outer clothing and stand with your feet together. The tape measure should be snug and even, but not too tight.

Hips: Find the fullest part of your hips - this is where you'll want to measure. Wrap a measuring tape around this area, ensuring it's straight and snug.

Waist: Your waist is the slimmest part of your torso. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, again ensuring it's straight and snug.

If there is a difference between the sizes indicated by your hip and waist measurements, we generally advise choosing the size suggested by your hip measurement.
