Care Guide
Period Underwear
- Pre-wash: Before first wear, wash in cold water with mild detergent (hand wash or gentle machine wash) to activate absorbency.
- Rinse: After wearing, rinse in cold water until it runs clear to remove excess blood and prevent staining.
-
Machine wash: Wash with your delicates at 30°C. Use a delicates wash bag if possible, and a mild detergent without fabric softeners.
- Avoid fabric softener: Avoid fabric softeners as they can damage absorbency and fabric.
-
Hang to dry: After washing, hang your period underwear to dry. Avoid using the dryer as high heat can potentially damage the fabric and elastic components.
-
Ready to wear again: Once your period underwear is completely dry, they are ready to wear again. Ensure they are fully dry before using them to maximise their absorbency and comfort.

-
Wash: Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. No fabric softener. If you prefer, use a gentle machine wash in a delicates bag.
- No wringing: Gently press out excess water - don’t twist or wring the fabric to protect the fit and absorbent layers.
-
