Choosing the right size ensures comfort, leak-proof performance and confidence - whether you’re buying period underwear or period swimwear. Rather than simply selecting your usual size and hoping it fits correctly, we recommend measuring your hips and waist and checking with our size guide below.
For accurate measurements, remove your outer clothing and stand with your feet together. The tape measure should be snug and even, but not too tight.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Keep the tape level and relaxed — don’t pull too tight.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
If your waist and hip measurements fall into different sizes, we generally suggest choosing the size that best matches your hip measurement for the most secure fit.

To keep your swim briefs in top condition, rinse them in cold, fresh water immediately after use to remove chlorine or salt. You can then hand wash them or include them in a delicate machine wash. To protect the technical layers, avoid fabric softeners and never tumble dry. Always air dry them in the shade to maintain the elasticity and the leak-proof seal.

- Pre-wash: Before first wear, wash in cold water with mild detergent (hand wash or gentle machine wash) to activate absorbency.
- Rinse: Rinse in cold, fresh water as soon as possible to remove chlorine, salt, or any residue.
- Wash: Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. No fabric softener. If you prefer, use a gentle machine wash in a delicates bag.
- No wringing: Gently press out excess water - don’t twist or wring the fabric to protect the fit and absorbent layers.
- Line dry: Hang in the shade to dry completely. This protects the water-resistant fabric, absorbent layers, and elastic. Do not tumble dry or iron.
