Meet Our Expert Panelists

After the screening, we will have a panel session. Our incredible line-up includes:

Ally Collishaw: Women’s Health Physiotherapist at Genesis and Founder of Empowered Pelvic Movement. With over 25 years of experience, Ally specialises in pelvic health and the physical impacts of menopause. She brings a practical, movement-focused approach to helping women manage pelvic health and stay active.
Donna Howarth: Founder and CEO of MEMO (Middle East Menopause Organisation). After navigating her own menopause experience in the UAE and recognising the lack of support, access and open conversation at the time, Donna founded MEMO in 2020 to help change that.
Dr. Shefali Verma: Integrative medical practitioner and functional medicine specialist with degrees in medicine, sports medicine, and nutritional therapy. She brings a holistic, "multifactorial" approach to managing hormonal health, lifestyle, and prevention, offering actionable insights for navigating perimenopause.
