For accurate measurements, remove your outer clothing and stand with your feet together. The tape measure should be snug and even, but not too tight.
Hips: Find the fullest part of your hips - this is where you'll want to measure. Wrap a measuring tape around this area, ensuring it's straight and snug.
Waist: Your waist is the slimmest part of your torso. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, again ensuring it's straight and snug.
If there is a difference between the sizes indicated by your hip and waist measurements, we generally advise choosing the size suggested by your hip measurement.

- Machine wash: Include your period underwear in your next machine delicates wash. It's a good idea to use a delicates wash bag to protect your underwear and ensure it stays in the best shape possible. Use cold water and a mild detergent specifically designed for delicates.
- Avoid fabric softener: Do not use fabric softener when washing your period underwear. Fabric softeners can damage the absorbent layers and affect their absorbency. Stick to using mild detergents without fabric softening additives.
- Hang to dry: After washing, hang your period underwear to dry. Avoid using the dryer as high heat can potentially damage the fabric and elastic components.
- Ready to wear again: Once your period underwear is completely dry, they are ready to wear again. Ensure they are fully dry before using them to maximise their absorbency and comfort.
